Staff Geologist/Environmental Scientist

Roberts Environmental Services, LLC, a growing environmental consulting firm with offices in Goshen and Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Staff Geologist/Environmental Scientist for employment in our Goshen office. Qualified candidates should have direct experience with the preparation of Phase I/II ESAs and subsurface investigation reports relating to petroleum and chlorinated solvent contamination, along with a comprehensive understanding of IDEM regulations. Candidates must also be experienced in completing fieldwork related to soil, ground water, and vapor sampling. Duties will include field and office support associated with these activities. Senior Project Geologist (or Scientist)/Office Manager

Looking for a career challenge that will reward your success as an environmental professional? Roberts Environmental Services, LLC, a growing environmental consulting firm with offices in Indianapolis and Goshen, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Project Geologist (or Scientist) to lead our Indianapolis office. The position reports directly to the company’s President and the selected candidate will work closely with the President to achieve the goals of the Indianapolis office and the firm overall. Qualified candidates must have direct experience with the preparation of Phase I/II ESAs and all types of subsurface investigation reports relating to petroleum, chlorinated solvent, and other common contaminants, along with a comprehensive understanding of IDEM regulations. Additionally, qualified candidates must have extensive experience with business development, project management, and fieldwork related to all aspects of soil, ground water, and vapor sampling. A Licensed Professional Geologist (“LPG”) is preferred, but not required. Qualified candidates should have a proven track record and a minimum of ten (10) years direct experience as an environmental consultant. Excellent management, communication, and technical writing skills are essential, as is the willingness to work with our team of professionals. This is a multi-faceted position that is best suited for a proven “Seller-Doer” in the environmental consulting industry.
